Locally owned and built in 2020, Belaire Junction RV Park, sits at I-35 and HK Dodgen Loop in Temple, Texas. Our sites are wide, level concrete with full hookups, cable, and strong Wi-Fi to keep you connected! We take great pride in offering clean facilities, and the park’s layout works well for short stays and months-long projects alike. While we enjoy hosting weekenders and those passing through, Belaire Junction really shines for military families and long-term guests. With our proximity to Fort Hood/Fort Cavazos, Belaire Junction is an ideal place for off-base living, or for visiting family. Whether you're military, a retiree, or just prefer the freedom that comes with long-term RV living, Belaire Junction RV Park has a place for you.
Our gated community offers full hookups, cable, and high-speed internet, plus private restrooms, clean showers, and two laundry facilities. Also, it’s a genuinely pleasant place to spend your downtime with perks like our pool and splash pad which are favorites during hot months! The clubhouse also doubles as a cool indoor hangout with games and TVs. You’ll find community fire pits and outdoor seating areas as well as basketball and pickleball courts and multiple fenced dog parks. There’s a little something for everyone no matter how long you plan to call this place home!
Temple sits right in the middle of everything worth seeing in Central Texas. You’re less than 30 minutes from Waco, an easy drive to Belton Lake, and surrounded by small towns that still feel like small towns. They’re full of local diners, wineries, and outdoor spaces that surprise people who thought this part of Texas was all highway. You also don’t have to go far for the everyday things you need. Buc-ee’s is across the road, groceries and coffee are just down the street, and local favorites like Whistle Stop Park and 3 Texans Winery are just a quick drive from our RV park!

One of the best RV parks we have stayed at. The manager Lindsey is so friendly and helpful! She even does events for tenants during holidays and has food trucks every Thursday. Well manicured park with amenities for everyone. New ownership is taking great care of the park. New covered spots, brand new washing machines, new gym (and equipment). There is a nice sized pool, playground, splash pad, and dog park. Multiple air conditioned and heated bathrooms with showers. It is completely gated and locked community so you always feel safe. Cameras and lights all throughout park. We will miss staying here!
