#1 Rated Long Term RV Park near Waco, TX

We’ve had a great experience staying here. The staff is absolutely amazing — always friendly, supportive, and genuinely willing to help however they can. Any request we’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally, which really makes this place feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing that really stands out is how many improvements have been made in such a short amount of time. You can tell the management truly cares about the park and the people staying here. It’s refreshing to see a place that actively works to make things better instead of just maintaining the bare minimum. Highly recommend this RV park to anyone looking for a place with great people and a management team that actually cares.

Beware this park is infested with CHIGGERS!!! Just setting up my wife and I for 40 bites each. Seriously. The road nearest the train track. Otherwise the place is nice but we won’t stay again.

Absolutely blown away by this RV park. I stopped by a few days ago to get information on pricing, amenities, and the overall layout, and the experience exceeded every expectation. I was warmly welcomed and given a guided tour of the property by Kayli, who showed me all the amenities I would get to enjoy while staying there. Their hospitality is truly exceptional. This is definitely a place I’ll keep in mind the next time we’re in town.

New looking property with nice laundry and bathrooms. All sites seem to slope a little forward. They have lots of outdoor amenities but did not use due to the weather. Erica at the Office is super helpful with any questions. Buc-ee’s is right across the street.

We have lived here 4 months. The staff is extremely helpful and sweet. The maintenance team does a good job of staying on top of things ! Both office and maintenance staff work great together. In fact they are making improvements and repairs as i type !The park has a tremendous amount of amenities we have almost constant access to but my favorite is the dog park. There are 2 in the RV park one on each side. We have 2 agility courses. And water is available the entire time you are there. You just have to come see for yourself!

Great place for overnight stop during your travels. Just a few minutes off I-35. Very clean restrooms, showers, and laundry room. We wish we could have spent more time here to enjoy the pool and a little R&R. Great staff too!

Belaire Junction is one of the greatest parks that I have stayed in not only are they kid friendly but they are also adult friendly. Clean restrooms, clean showers clean washer dryers always working always available. The Staff is the greatest here always helpful always friendly. Gated community never had no problems whatsoever with neighbors, noise, theft, or anything if I could give them more than five stars I would. Guaranteed must come stay. Also always have great food on Thursdays each and every Thursday you are definitely gonna have something good to eat. Come check them out, great spot.

This is a beautiful RV park. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. It’s very kid friendly with the pool and a splash pad. There are two laundry rooms that are always available and clean. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone visiting the Temple area!
